Rates

Show live exchange rates and quote cross-currency payouts.

Two calls cover rates:

  • GET /rates returns mid-market rates on any base currency. Use it to show indicative prices.
  • GET /payouts/estimate quotes a specific payout: the rate you will get, the fees and what the recipient receives. Use it right before sending a payout so your user sees exactly what will happen.

Rates move. A quote is a preview, not a lock: the payout uses the rate at the moment it is created.
